- What do I get paid?
- You set your own consultation and follow-up fees during onboarding, and you can change them. We do not set your rate.
- What am I prescribing?
- Non-controlled medications only. No controlled substances are prescribed on this platform, by anyone, ever.
- Can I say no?
- Always. Decline any request that is not appropriate for asynchronous review, and the patient is not charged for it. Nothing about your pay depends on approving anything.
- What do I see before I decide?
- The whole chart: intake, history, allergies, current medications, prior labs and previous requests. Not a one-line ask.
- What do you handle?
- State licence tracking, identity and credential verification, payment collection, and the audit log every action is written to.
