    1. Step 01: Tell us what's going on

      A short guided request you can send from anywhere, in a few minutes. No appointment, no waiting room, no phone tree. Add photos if that helps.

    2. Step 02: A clinician licensed in your state reviews it personally

      Not a queue and not an algorithm. A provider licensed where you live reads your request, and follows up by message or video if your case calls for it. Any applicable service fee is shown in full before you accept care, and a declined request is not charged.

    3. Step 03: Care arrives, and stays in one place

      Prescriptions go electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Labs, messages, history and receipts live in your private portal. The same clinician follows your case from there.

    Why you can take our word for it

    Your card goes to Stripe, not to us
    Card details are entered into Stripe directly and never touch a Plunge Care server. Nothing is charged until a clinician accepts your request.
    Prescriptions travel on the Surescripts network
    We e-prescribe through DoseSpot, a Surescripts-certified network, to the pharmacy you choose — the same route your in-person doctor uses.
    Licenses checked against the state board
    Every clinician's license is verified with the issuing state board before they can accept a single request, and re-checked as it renews.
    We do not prescribe controlled substances
    Not for any condition, not on request. If what you need is a controlled substance, a clinician will tell you and point you somewhere that can help.

    Plunge Care is operated by Plunge Care LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Care is delivered by independently licensed clinicians practicing under their own licenses.
